Yogasanas is part of yoga. It is a yoga pose. Yoga is known to help with infertility problems since it helps the mind and body relax.

I'm eight months pregnant. Can I still do any yoga activity? Please advise. Thanks a lot. (:

I think the OP meant Yoga Asanas. Literally, it is "seat' but "asanas" in yoga is defined as posture. The equivalent of Yoga Asanas therefore is Yoga Postures.

Asanas is intended for prolonged meditation to "open the energy channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body. Asanas purify and strengthen the body and control and focus the mind."

It does not say that Yoga Asanas is particularly meant to help conceive. But the positives it gives to the mind and body is worth a shot if you believe in it. Overall well being of the mind and body is good too. There's no harm in trying.
