Yap, many have practice yoga to help with infertility because many believed that it increases their chances of conception too. And since all the yoga practices can be learned and performed at home, so many liked the idea of having yoga as part of their day to day routine.

I believe that yoga is an essential tool for a woman's life. It can support women through their life's journey through reproductive difficulties and pregnancy.Yoga practices will help balance menstrual cycles and enhance the ability to to receive and to create.

Certainly yes. Practicing yoga gives you a lot of health benefits including the increase chances of conception because they regulate the hormone levels, improve the nutrients and blood supplies to the eggs, ovaries,uterus,testes and prostate.

Yoga is also good for aging women..those who are more than 35 years of age. It can help improve the aging of their cells and eggs.

This exercise is more on the inner self, relaxation for mental health. I haven't tried this kind of activity but I think this is very beneficial especially for women who are having a difficulty conceiving.
