By taking lots of vitamins and minerals, you are also helping your body improve fertility. But I always prefer to get vitamins and minerals through eating fresh fruits and vegetables than getting it from taking over the counter fertility pills.

It is much agreed that the couple must talk to each other what they would like to eat in a breakfast, in lunch and in dinner and even in a snacks. So, every member of the family can contribute his/her own idea of what to eat, moreover likely to contribute the known nutritious foods.
