i am always amazed with those who have given birth to twins. i wanted to have twins too. i have read that older mothers are most likely to conceive twins than the younger ones. do you know of ways on how to conceive twins?

THOSE WITH HISTORY IN THE FAMILY HAS A HIGHER POSSIBILITY OF CONCEIVING TWINS TOO. IT USUALLY WORKS ALTERNATIVELY, LIKE A PARENT WHO HAS A TWIN, HIS/HER CHILD HAS THE POSSIBILITY TO CONCEIVE TWINS.

most women who have undergone IVF usually give birth to twins. This is because the doctor implants more than 2 embryos inside the mother's uterus to increase chances of conceiving. :)

i also would like to know the natural way to conceive twins. a method that does not involve any surgical procedures.

Gaining weight is a good way and may possibly give a higher chance of conceiving twins but it should be overdone to avoid risk in pregnancy.

TTC while breastfeeding. Some studies proves that a lactating mom who conceived gave birth to twins.

really? some say that when a mother is still breastfeeding it is impossible for her to get pregnant. it is a natural way of contraception.

Not at all time straw, lactating moms may lessen the possibility of conceiving but it does not totally control ovulation.
