if you want to get pregnant stock up on Vit D. It regulates the production of calcium and phostphate in your body. When it is time to get pregnant, these minerals will be important not only for the mom but for the baby too.

babies who lack vitamin D can develop rickets.

Yap! vitamin D has many health benefits. It will also benefit the infants and the toddlers, not only the mothers. Studies found that those pregnant women who did not take vitamin d during their pregnancies, has likely to have children with deficiency.

Vit D is from the sun right... be sure to use sunblock! :)

I agree. Too much ViT D and you get sunburned. I read that the healthiest rays are between 7 am to 10 am as they are less in UV rays!
