you should give up any substances that block fertility like alcohol or cigarettes, if you love this..

Also, she should follow a treatment with fertility herbs like Hogweed (Heracleum sphondylium) or Herb Robert (Geranium robertianum).

For one thing, I had the timing all wrong. I thought I ovulated 14 days after the start of my period, but later learned that this is a big mistake that many women make. For most women, ovulation does not occur 14 days after their period starts even though many women think this is true. That's because most women do not have a perfect 28 day cycle.

what i mean you should be on the right timing for you to get pregnant.

Start doing the deed two days before you ovulate to increase your chances to get pregnant.

You have several options to find out when you'll ovulate:
ovulation prediction kits
chart your basal body temperature
check your cervical mucus
count the days

you should take vitamins coz this have beneficial effect on both male and female fertility.

Vitamin C can protect the DNA from taking damage.
Vitamin E increases both male and female fertility. It also increases the fertilization rates of men.
Women who take folic acid have better chances to get pregnant. It's also important to lower your risk of suffering problems producing eggs.

choose the right position like practicing the so-called missionary position is generally a good idea when trying to get pregnant. The missionary position deposits everything close to your cervix..

Woman-on-top and standing positions should be avoided as the sperm can flow out.

i love using this position and tthis really works . ihave 2 kids now...

Healthy Body Weight is important. Overweight has an overall negative effect. It can also affect a woman's fertility.

Studies have shown that women with massive overweight have lower conception rates.
