we've heard of acupuncture and chirpractors helping with infertility, but have you guys tried reflexology? I hear that it is especially great for women with endometriosis and PCOS.

reflexology is like a massage right? if so then i am willing to try it out since it is also relaxing.

I have tried reflexology before but i don't like the effect of the massage to my body..it's really not relaxing and I felt lots of body pains for a week.

Yeah I have experience it also and it's like a trauma to me..I will no longer have reflexology again.

body pains? reflexology is like a complicated foot massage. maybe you went to a fake practitioner... LOL!

I have had reflexology and it is more like putting the right pressure on the different parts of the foot to address different kinds of ailments.

It is quite good and effective. I am not to sure for fertility though.

Probably it was a fake practitioner. I think if it's done by expert people on reflexology, the effect would be different from what they have experienced.

I think I had this kind of massage but the woman had wooden implements with her which she pressed to my feet. Was it reflexology...hmmm... but it felt very very very good!
