How do you protect future fertility if you are not yet ready to have a baby right now?

Fhina - August 20th, 2010 12:42 PM

For me.I think having to practice a healthy lifestyle and proper diet is a sure way of giving your fertility proper protection.

aside from a healthy lifestyle, you should also practice safe sex. std can have an effect on fertility so if you have mutliple sex partners please use a condom each and everytime you have sex.

Why not do today if it can be really be done today? conception is a way of making the human being be multiplied on earth.

good tip. It's been so long since we've used a condom. but i guess this is a must for people who are singles and have sex with different people.

As God told the man "Go to the world and multiply", He does want the man to use the world and keep it for their children's future. Why should the man adopt the birth control? It is God who really owns our lives, our world so, we must lift up on Him all the events in our lives. We must trust Him!

if at this time you are not ready, it is better to keep your physical body be ready for the fertilization. to be active physically and eat the right kind of food which is needed to our body.

We have only one body , so it is better to take good care of this. Our reproductive organs must be function in accordance to God's purpose. But how can we do this? Of course , we know already which is good and which is bad so we must take extra careful in using this.

If you are not yet ready for a family then you can protect fertility by staying healthy. Practice good eating habits, live a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly and always practice safe sex.
