mental health and stress can make it more difficult for couples to get pregnant.

This is why it's important not only to be physically strong but mentally and emotionally as well.

I like the idea of Patty, yes it is much better to have a healthy minds as well as emotionally stabled. Conception must be set in a pleasant manner.

I also agree. I think if you really want to achieve something especially in getting pregnant, then you must free your mind with lots of stress and anxiety...because mind indeed is very much powerful than any other parts of the body, you know.

Trying can be very stessful not only to the body but to the self as well. This is why a strong support system is important. Most of all both you and your partner should be strong for each other as well.

Lots of women become depressed because of their fertility woes. This is before and after trying. This affects a lot of things including your relationship with your partner.

A good solid relationship is important not only during fertility treatments but during the whole duration of the marriage. the treatments will be stressful on both husband and wife. Being strong for each other is important!

mentally unstable and stress can be the factors of not conceiving. It is better to treat first these disability of the mind before facing conception.
