Pleasant day! I'm planning to get pregnant this year. I need some suggestions from you on what are the things I need to do to ensure that I could have a healthy pregnancy.

I suggest, that you need to have a preconception checkup to be able to get proper information from a certain doctor to help you ensure you will get a healthy pregnancy.

I definitely agree! For a woman who plan to conceive, preconception checkup is the smart thing to do and the place to start.

To have a healthy pregnancy, the best thing for you to do is to decide for your own self to have a lifestyle changes- changes you might want to make such as to have proper diet and exercise to lose weight, quit smoking and drinking. All of these would be beneficial to you and your baby-to-be's health.

If you are planning to get pregnant, make an appointment with your ob/gyn so that you can get the best prenatal care you need for you and your baby.

I think it's best that your partner needs to have his own preconception preparations because it takes two to make a baby. To make sure that you'll have a healthy pregnancy, you and your husband must have a joint responsibility.

Yeah! It's true. If you are making a lifestyle adjustments, it's good also that your partner make some adjustments too. This will make both of you assures of your health and the health of your future baby as well.
