In establishing our monthly menstrual routine we can begin to work out when we're likely to be most fertile. In order to establish the average length of our cycle we should make a note of the first day of our period. Then do you know how many months is advisable ? So that we can start counting the number of days in between...

I knew it is advisable for six months in order to establish the average length of your cycle and you should make a note of the first day of your period for several months then count the number of days in between. The average duration will be the typical length of your cycle.
