They said that exercise is good for women who are planning to get pregnant. Can you suggest what form of exercise good for conception and how safe is this?

Yes, we all need to exercise to be able to have fit and healthy body. Especially for those women who are trying to conceive, exercise can greatly help their body prepare for pregnancy. Just have simple walk everyday..it's one of the exercise suggested by most doctors because it gives a lot of health benefits.

I think before you begin any conception exercise, you need to talk to your physicians first about such fitness routine that's really right for you.

Try having walking and swimming exercise because I've heard that it's really good for conception..I think it will help.

All exercise is generally good for the body. It makes it healthier and stronger making it a more friendly place for a baby to grow. To increase the chances more, also practice a healthier lifestyle with good diet and nutrition.
