Anything bad introduced into the mother's body will always have a direct or indirect effect on the baby. The effects may manifest immediately after birth or later on. Most of the time, babies are born healthy, which is a relief because I am living in a metro as I assume most of us here do.

environmental pollution can cause stress not only mentally but physically too. and we all know that stress has a negative impact when you're trying to get pregnant.

everything in excess is bad, even the good. so from time to time go to the country to get some fresh air and renew yourself by relaxing.
