a strong emotional as well as spiritual health is needed if undergoing treatment and helping with fertility. A positive attitude, healthy lifestyle and a strong marriage can endure the heartbreaks and triumphs of trying to get pregnant.

I agree. It does not hurt to think postive. But one should also be open to the probablity that maybe more kids or even a child is not physically possible anymore.

Yes, to be able to accept whatever comes your way, whether it's a positive or negative, aspects in life, is a sign of having emotional health.

Sometimes it is a question of staying positive, which is hard when you are continually frustrated. But I agree. Lots of things are possible if you think positive all the time.

Being emotionally healthy means you are always under control of everything that will happen to your life. Emotionally healthy depends on having healthy minds, away from stress especially when you undergo some kind of treatment and the long wait of getting pregnant.

Hear Hear!

think positive. think of the law of attraction. if you think, feel and act pregnant, then you will be pregnant. being negative will only bring you down and make you feel like crap!

I could not agree more with Beth. fertility treatments are 50/50. A marriage may or may not survive the ordeal but a strong marriage will come out even stronger even if they are disappointed.

There is nothing more important during fertility treatment than having each other's support. A strong marriage can weather any storms.
