i experience some cramping when i ovulate. is this normal?

cramping is usually experienced during menstruation. its sort of like the body's rehersal for labor. im not too sure about cramping during ovulation. i myself have never experienced this before.

If its normal for you then I don't see a problem with it. It's a muscular reaction. But If you're bothered by it maybe you should consult a gynecologist. Like Jennygirl said its a rehersal for contraction and it might be a sign that something is quite not right.

Yeah! I have experienced cramping during my monthly period it mostly occurs in bedtime but cramping during ovulation time, I haven't experienced it, I advise you to better consult an obgyne.
