how does the cervix feel if a woman is ovulating? I hear that you can examine your cervix to tell if ovulation occured.

During ovulation the cervix is easier to reach. It will feel soft, open and wet. Just make sure to trim your nails before you feel your cervix! :)

yikes, sounds painful. I tried this years ago but find it uncomfortable rooting around down there. what I do when I check for ovulation instead is to use BBT which is easier for me.

Ive felt around down there but I dont really think I could locate my cervix by myself. However this post has interested me and I will be trying to make a journal about the changes in the cervix as ovulation nears!

xxxTrinityxxx, you can do this while also monitoring your ovulation using an OPK. This way two results are more acurate than just relying with one method! HOpe this works for you!
