I think we need to have the BMI calculator to know it. I don't know exactly how to compute it, probably it's good to search it in the net.

bmi is important because obesity can hinder your chances of getting pregnant and this is not just for the women but for the guys too. Overweight people usually have hormone deficiency which contributes to their weight and their ability to have kids.

you did not include your weight right now. anyway, use this formula: Your Weight (in pounds) x 704.5 divided by Your Height (in inches) x Your Height (in inches)

to interpret:

* If your BMI is 19 to 24.9 you have a healthy weight.
* If your BMI is 25 to 29.9 you are considered to be overweight and may incur moderate health risks.
* If your BMI is 30+ you are considered to be obese. Obesity is linked to increased risk of cancer, heart disease and other health problems.

dos this mean that you are obese automatically? this is a good indicator right? tsk... need to hit the treadmill more often!
