Zinc is really good in improving sperm motility and it's found in wide variety of foods. Oysters contain more zinc per serving than any other food. |

Zinc and vitamin E is essential to fertility and reproduction. This anti oxidants plays an important role in male sperm production. It is known that a lack of vitamin E inhibits the formation of sperm. |

Zinc and vitamin E are two vitamins that always gives a lot of health benefits to our body and most of all enhance male fertility. |

Better the vitamins and supplements a lot and less on the oysters. The latter is loaded with cholesterol. Be careful. You might feel elite in bed, but not so effective after when after a few minutes Hi-BP takes over rendering yourself useless. lolz |

Oysters are so good! I didn't know it could actually help you with *that*. But I think I'd stick with letting my hubby minimize the oyster-eating. I don't want him to end up in bed because of hypertension. |

lean meats are also rich source of zinc, like oysters, these can improve sperm motility |
