sperm count usually means the number of sperm you have in 2ml of your ejaculate. motility refers to the movement of your sperm. are they sluggish in moving? it refers to how fast your swimmers swim. :)

I like the "how fast your swimmers can swim." Sperm is tested on their motility or their moving forward ability. if swimmers are slow then there is low motility which is important because the acid in the vagina will kill sperm so they need to swim fast in order to survive.

that's right and to add some more info, sperm morphology is the shape of the sperm.

the vagina is such a hostile place. imagine killing off sperm! but you know, its all for the "survival of the fittest". only the best of the best gets to fertilize the egg :)

I think there is no difference between the two, but they are related and have connection with regards to male fertility.

For me the two is needed to have conception, if the sperm count are not exact to the amount needed to meet the egg then conception is impossible, and likewise if the speed of the sperm motility is not enough to meet the egg then conception is also impossible.
