There are lots of risk factor for male infertility it includes age, being so overweight, celiac disease, prostate infections and many more..

some factors include: sickle cell anaemia, STD, testicular cancer, testicular trauma and drug use.

On the last one, two high school friends of mine both married habitual drug users (the other one caught STD too) and both are still childless to this day.

Oh wow. new here and already learning lots. I knew that drugs and smoking affected sperm count but I never thought that obesity could also impact male fertility. Thanks for posting this. Most men are macho when it comes to stuff like this, but I like learning as much as I can as we are trying to have a baby :)

smoking and having sex without protection is always bad news. I've stopped smoking 10 years ago and feel healthier. Our problem is our age as we are now in our late 30's and trying for the first time to have a baby.

the drug use is so true. My brother used crystal meth and they are TTC for 8 years! a friend who used to snort coke is also having problems for the last 10. Oh and my bro caught STD too so its even more problematic for him.

there are so many factors that can affect male infertility, but the most of it is the drug addiction. It is the most dangerous factor that can hinder fertility.
