I have low sperm count and motility. I was so devastated, in denial, angry and very disappointed when I heard the news after a semen analysis. how did you feel when you were told the news?

this is for both guys and gals.

my partner had low sperm count but it went up after he quit smoking. We are now on a healthy living lifestyle and have even switched to organic foods.

Though he was a bit disapointed, since they only asked him to quit smoking he instantly bounced back and after a semen analysis 6 weeks later his swimmers increased dramatically, so we were all relieved!

Now we are still waiting for the good news and hopefully i can get pregnant soon.

I think it's just normal to felt devastated after hearing you have low sperm count and have problems of infertility. But if you will just cooperate with the treatment process done by the experts, then you will also be relieved to hear them telling you still have chances.

Not the end of the world JohnDoe. Keep your chin up and take one or serveral of the following herbs and supplements to boost up your swimmer's numbers; Vit C&E, Zinc and Selenium. For herbs you can try Evening Primrose oil (EPO), ginseng and flaxseed oil.

Good luck, dude!

Yeah, it's not the end of your world Johndoe. As long as you are alive, there still hopes for everything.

I was scared. Literally. I was scared that my partner would leave me. Scared that the treatments would hurt and most of all scared that I wont have a child.

I have problems due to weight and PCOS. I never thought that my weight could affect my chances. On top of this, I am already 40.

So I got angry because I felt that I had to choose between a career and having a future family. Right now i am insecure because my parter is younger than I am and might leave me for another woman, without "issues". :(

You know in a relationship it is much better that the couple should understand each other. Pride would be controlled it is just to the new trend that the male should try the so called "you are in the socialization". Erase that so called pride and machismo.
