I have a friend who was fun of having sex. At his early age of thirteen he made sex to his classmate just for fun and it was followed for several times to some women. Now he can not make it any longer for his sexual organ can not be able to have a normal function.

that's an effect of having fun of the sacred play of the married couple. Only an authorized persons are allowed to do it. It is a gift for both husband and wife. They are given a special play for which they would become a pro creator of the Lord.Those who are not allowed may commit a sin and be given an appropriate punishment.

Aren't the sex organs given us to be used? Why is it a sin to use that which God has made?

God original plan was for sexual union to be the supreme expression of intimacy and love in a life-long commiment. Sexual intimacy was God's gift of pleasure and renewed life.

Maybe its psychological rather than physical? I mean maybe there is something wrong with your friend psychologically as to why he cant get it up? Maybe he has erectile dysfunction?

Sex organs are sacred and it's one of the greatest gift God has given to us mankind to enjoy and also to use properly and wisely. I think by using it the bad way, makes it a sin and not at all pleasing to man and most of all to God..that's why, having all these STD and infertility problems are the bad outcome of that sin.
