Does the dad's age matter in terms of how healthy your baby is and in terms of sperm quality?

Dad's age has an effect. Apparently, quality declines with age too. So even though males produce sperm even in their 70's the qualtity goes down.

Yes, age does matter in having a healthy baby. A man has sure to have a good quality sperm when he is still young and very active. When he reached old age of 45-above, I think it's impossible for him to produce a good quality of sperm. That's why it's possible for him also to produce a baby with deficiency.

studies have shown that dads after 40 have an increased risk of having kids with ADHD. so quality can affect the health of your child.

We all have our "best before" ages. I think that for women it is 22-26 and for the guys 20-35.
