Have you guys heard of CoQ? It's said to be a good male fertility supplement and antioxidant. It helps prevent sperm damage.

Really? i only heard that this supplement, help in the production of energy for normal heart functions and works as a cardio-protective agent. But with regards to having it as good male fertility supplement, this is something new to me and I thank you for the additional info you have shared.

Yep. I took CoQ in the past but since we still have to get pregnant, I switched to Ginseng instead as I find that it has more benefits than CoQ.

CoQ is not so known in giving fertility benefits. I think it's ginseng that is more popular and have been a fertility supplements by many who wants to get pregnant.

CoQ helps manage blood pressure and regulate cholesterol levels. Actually we all have CoQ in our systems. It is found in almost all organs. However, levels decline as we age. This is why it is important to eat meat and fish as it is rich in CoQ.

To Geraldine:

Remember that our reproductive sytem is part of the whole. If the whole is healthy then the reproductive system is healthy too. This is why CoQ is important.
