here are some of the most common causes of this problem

*genetic including Cystic Fibrosis
*testicular overheating
*drug and cigarette use
*low selenium, zinc, foliate and Vitamin C
*Exposure to toxins, chemicals, and heavy metals
*Infections and STD

i never knew about the cystic fibrosis. this is a genetic disease isnt it. the most common reason is usually tight underwear and smoking and the drugs.
the good news is that you simply have to stop smoking and doing drugs and you can have your sperm count back up.

When you stop smoking, you immediately incrase your sperm count by 70%. That is enough motivation for men with low sperm count to stop smoking.

I think those things should be avoided by all the guys out there to be able to prevent having low sperm count and problems of infertility in the future.

Thanks Connie. What you have posted there is very informative and helpful too. I think it's a way of making guys to be more careful and must give 100 percent care for their fertility.

Well then its best to stay clear of these factors if you men want to get your ladies pregnant. Avoid them and take care of your reproductive health.

My husband had a weak sperm cells when we consulted a doctor. The doctor recommended that my husband take vitamins and avoid stressful activities. After some time, his sperm cells will all be healthy. Thanks God we have now two children.
