Hey guys, I would like to ask all of you in this forum if there are already alternatives to Viagra without the known side effects - headaches and reports of increased chances of a heart attack.

Thanks!

Dunno if any pharma has come out with one. There are herb treatments like Yohimbe which studies show may correct impotence. There are supplements too aid those with ED too.

Not 100% proven but you can reasarch on the following:

DHEA - This is a food supplement said to increase levels of testosterone

Arginine - An amino acid that enhances blood flow in the body. Studies show men with impotence improved 6 weeks after taking it.

Ginkgo Bilob - This is an herb that also enhances blood flow.

Try Muira Puama. Nicknamed Potency Wood. It is ancient Amazonian herb. What is good is that it has no known bad side effects.

well, i dont really prefer viagra for my husband even if his older enough now. coz for me, Viagra is currently the best treatment, but it should be used as a last resort and only after consulting a doctor.

the most important and first thing to do before thinking of taking this is examine your overall health and current medications with your doctor. It's also essential to address any psychological or relationship issues through counseling or other forms of therapy.
