Studies have shown that natural exposure to the sun can help make healthy sperm. But don't stay out too long as this can make you overheated and harm your sperm count instead! :)

It seems that sperms love Vitamin K huh! Well they also prefer boxer shorts to briefs. Just my firendly tip to compliment SJ23's. :)

to have a healthy sperm cells, it is needed that the male internal reproductive organ is very much healthy too.the testes produce healthy sperm cells consists of highly coiled tubes called seminiferous tubules, it is the site of sperm formation.this must be likewise healthy.

it is known through studies that the sperm has 3 main parts: the head, the middlepiece, and the tail. It looks like a tadpole. Its head is the part which penetrates the egg. once the head penetrates the egg, its tail dissociates from it.

to add to jon's tip: gents, stay away from the hot tub or the sauna. or at least limit yourself to no more than 10 minutes and once a week sessions. Sperm production decreases with heat.

Also, if you sit in the office the whole day, take short breaks and take a short walk to "air" your testicles. :D

the man who is healthy can have a healthy sperm. Men must be careful in handling his physical body, he must not abuse like drinking, smoking, and stress because it may lead to infertility.

No wonder they used to worship the Sun :D

But anyway, all natural remedies are good for me. This one is worth studying. Maybe early in the morning where the sun isnt too strong yet so as not to have over exposure to UV rays.

So sunbathing can help sperm...

This is great. But I agree that it is something that has to be timed. You can get heat stroke and overheated if you stay outdoors too long.

Vincent33 - September 6th, 2010 2:09 PM

It is the sun rays which make the sperm cells active. But not too long. Anyway ,in everything we do it should be done in a moderate manner.

ExperTee - September 9th, 2010 3:05 PM

There is a discovery about a human gene can restore sperm production in infertile flies.
