Everything needs to be just right for the baby. Incidentally we need vit b12 after giving birth as it is rich in iron and will help with the blood loss during childbirth. |

Its a good thing that most of the foods you guys mentioned are yummy! I am sometimes picky when it comes to foods but I like potatoes, eggs and peanuts! |
