Make sure you get these vitamins in your diet. B3 can increases blood circulation and is involved in the synthesis of sex hormones. B6 believed to benefit impotence by not only enhancing levels of testosterone but also by improving the stimulus required to "kick start" the erection process. It can also affect one's mood and and enhance sexual stimulation!

Good tip. Vitamins B12 and 3 are available through supplements. Foods rich in these vitamins include meats, fish, brewer's yeast, milk, eggs, legumes, potatoes and peanuts.

I hear that liver is a good source of B3 too. While I am not picky about the food I eat, it helps to know that what you are eating is contributing to your reproductive health as well!

Everything needs to be just right for the baby. Incidentally we need vit b12 after giving birth as it is rich in iron and will help with the blood loss during childbirth.
