hello,

I'm just curious if there are any tips to do or ways to do, to prevent infertility in the future for both man and woman. Is this possible or it's really difficult to prevent infertility?

as per experienced, it's very simple tips: healthy lifestyle, no smoking and alcohol. Eat the right foods (like veges and fruits), drink plenty of water, and exercise.

You should maintain a healthy weight through eating the right foods and have diet, also consistent exercise. Avoiding excessive weight gain is one of the best ways you may be able to prevent infertility. Obesity is known to cause infertility in males by lowering sperm count through overheating and in females through suppression of ovulation.

Yearly check-ups can help coz early diagnosis of conditions like pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), endometriosis and cervical cancer may prevent infertility. Furthermore, detection and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases may also help safeguard your fertility.

You should learn about your body and your reproductive cycle. The more in-tune you are with what is normal for you, the more likely it is you'll know something might be wrong. You can read books that talk about Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement, and Reproductive Health" might give you an in-depth look at the exact process of creating life.
