is there surgery/treatment available for t-shape uterus?

geraldine - October 8th, 2010 4:35 AM

I think so, there is treatment for that..probably, it is still part of the IVF treatment.

Is there surgery? As far as I know there is no treatment for this one.

I am not also sure how women with tshape uterus can get pregnant but perhaps some sort of ART can help the woman have a baby.

There is no surgery for t-shape uterus but you can have either IUI or AI for this.

I saw an xray for this and the shape really is a T.

there is surgery for this but because of slim chance of success, it is usually not recommended. some women have no problems getting pregnant with this condition but it does incrase the risk of miscarriage.

I've never heard of a successful pregnancy with t-shaped uterus. I dont think this is possible.

not all treatments for t-shape uterus are successful. I dont think surgery will work. Same with ivf.
