I was told to stop after 6 cycles on 50mg. I was given an injectible hcg instead.

a human egg cell, once it has been fertilized by a sperm , it will start its division or splitting up. By natural process, it begins to differentiate into the different parts of the body as it grows-heart, skin, liver, bones, etc.Scientists hope to discover the secrets of controlling stem cell growth in the laboratory to enable them to reproduce healthy parts of the body for medical purposes.

Wha??? What does that have to do with Clomid?

I am still on Clomid though on 25 mg only. This is my 3rd cycle.

If it does not work after a few cycles then you either increase dosage or switch to another brand or form of treatment.

Depends on you. I guess, if you've done lots of cycles already and still no improvements or success is far beyond reality, then have it stopped already.

I stopped after a couple of cycles because of the cost. Clomid is expensive, around $100 per cycle.

I switched to Femara same as clomid but I had less side effects.

We've tried clomid and even upped the dosage to the max. Ended up with over stimulated ovaries and water retention. After that we looked up other forms of treatment like AI and IVF.

You stopped if you think you have not felt or experience any success even if you have been using it already for a very long time.
