You can feel bloated, have some tummy pain and nausea. Its normal to feel this way when your ovaries are overstimulated due to the fertility meds. In extreme cases, you can have severe weight gain, decreased urinary function, vomiting. However this is rare.

these are common side effects and most of these are felt by women undergoing fertility medication. i've never had a severe reaction though. usually just the nausea and the phantom pregnancy symptoms.

One of the most common side effects is being bloated. My wife frequently complained of this and said she is gaining pounds by the day!

You feel bloated, get migraines or headaches and you feel as though you have gained weight. Though I am assured that these side effects are not unusual during fertility medication, they tend to go away afterwards.

If you experience the extreme, then it's probably a good idea to visit your RE.

I heard about the weight gain with Clomid and fertility meds but 20 pounds in 4 days is extreme! I knew you could become bloated with the meds but really 20 pounds is dangerous!
