Studies suggest that Mediterranean diet ie diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help with fertility. How true is this?

I read about this too. It seems that a study showing men and women shifting to this diet have increased their chance of getting pregnant.

Yes, this kind of diet is very helpful especially for all the couples who want to have a child.

For me, it is better to have a mediterranean diet. It is a nice diet to achieve fertility. As for this time there are foods which we can't get any vitamins in eating of those kinds of foods.

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is very much healthful and nutritious to our body then, it is also good to treat infertility problems for both men and women.

The Mediterranean diet incorporates the basic of healthy eating. It's good for the body and it is also good to treat infertility.

Mediterranean diet is thought to reduce the risk of having cancer and heart disease but in treating infertility problems, I don't know if it is also very effective.
