how do you feel about medical tourism. would you consider having infertility treatments in another country if it is cheaper?

If the cost is significantly lower and their experts are the best in their field then I would seriously consider this. Medical care in the US really sucks and is very expensive.

I keep reading about very good facilities in South America. IMO you have to weigh in the costs still because you will need to travel back and forth for treatments. I think in the same it costs around the same if you have treatment in your own country.

i have heard of this too. Countries in SA like Argentina are offering fertility treatments at very low costs compared to the US. It is worth exploring options in my opinion.

I am more comfortable with medical facilities in my country. I know that other countries offer these treatments cheaper but with the travelling i think it comes out the same? cost-wise.

For me traveling to other country for an infertility treatment is very expensive. Why not try for some alternative or natural ways. Like eating the right food, exercise. See your doctor also for more advises.
