Have you tried hydrotherapy to help your TTC regimen?

it involves slipping into a jacuzzi and you let the pressure and temperature of the water to relax you. this is important to couples in TTC as there is an established link between TTC, depression and infertility.

Good Idea Lorenzo_A!

Hydrotherapy is usually available in spas. It is a good way to relax. You can combine this with aromatherapy to soothe your senses as well. Too bad we cant do it in the spa! But Im going to book an apointment for us on my next ovulation period anyway!

Cheers!

hmmm.... this sounds heavenly especially after a tough week at work. I like that you are going to go during ovulation period anne. Maybe there's a hotel nearby!

We have a jacuzzi on the back. While hydrotherapy is OK, just make sure not to make the water too hot lest it interferes with your partner's sperm count... I mean if he has hydrotherapy with you.

Natural ways of relaxing like getting massages and hydrotherapy are getting popular. This is probably because they are cheaper compared to getting fertility treatment like AI or IVF.

I'm not so familiar with this treatment, but even though, I'm interested with this kind. Hopefully I can be able to gain good result out of this newly medication.

Im not really a believer in this sort of things. However they are a great way to relax. And we all know that stress plays a big factor in infertiliy of men and women alike. So maybe it is worth a try to go to these spas.
