do you know what are the ways to boost immune system of a woman during pregnancy?

Eating flu-fighting foods can boost immune system during pregnancy. According to Latham Thomas- a certified holistic health counselor who specializes in maternal and child wellness, that a diet rich in whole foods will support your immunity.

I agree to Lorena. More on that, pregnant women should eat lots of fresh garlic, green leafy vegetables, fresh citrus, and lots of water. These are all flu-fighting foods as well.

Fruits and vegetables are good source of carotenoids. Carotenoids will increase pregnant women immune-fighting ability while still protecting the fetus.

Pregnant women should have to take supplements. That's why during pregnant it's necessary to get a good prenatal vitamin to keep you boosted with vitamins and minerals.

Exercise and massage, tend to have more appropriate weight gain, less symptomatic pain, decreased gestational diabetes, improved blood pressure control, improvement in immune system response, and even better deliveries- this can also help!

The best way to nurture your immune system is thru mental, and a positive attitude and preventing stress are important to maintaining a healthy immune system during pregnancy. You must find time to unwind.

A regular exercise benefits the cardiovascular system, improves blood flow, flushes toxins, keeps endocrine system working well, circulates antibodies, and reduces stress

Get vaccinated is one tip to boost your immune system during pregnancy. If you have flu while pregnant, you are at a greater risk of serious complications. (CDC) or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention encourages all pregnant women to get both the seasonal influenza and the H1N1 (swine flu) vaccines.
