Improve cervical mucus in order to increase chances of getting pregnant.

Some herbs that may be able to help are: Licorice root, alfalfa, flax seed oil, evening primrose oil and red raspberry.

these are usually cheaper than other treatments like IUI or IVF, so they are worth a shot in my book!

i agree. cervical mucus is important because it protects the sperm from the vagina's acidic levels, making the womb and vagina a more sperm friendly environment.

not only does it protect sperm it is a good gauge for ovulation. when cervical mucus has an eggwhite consistency, then you are ovulating.

I agree. Cervical mucus or discharge plays a great role in women fertility. It helps us estimate ovulation, protects sperm and it makes the womb sperm friedly!

all hail cervical mucus! LOL!

But seriously, how great is this mucus. With a cold you only get headaches and snot, but with cervical mucus you get protection and lubrication...

haha...im in a good mood!

If you need help with lubrication, try egg white instead of other lubricant. The consistency is the same plus egg white is rich in protein which in turn helps with sperm delivery.

the woman naturally has cervical mucus that through this certain mucus can be used in meeting the egg cells of the woman and the sperm cells of the woman.

Before it may cause risk, better take the advice from the elders, through their experience they learned many things. That's why our elders can be asked also an advice.
