Not herbal, but it is gaining popularity: Acupuncture.

I have heard great success stories regarding acupuncture and women having a hard time getting pregnant. I am exploring this alternative right now.

I think herbal medicine like Ginseng Panax is best as an alternative. Although I have no success with Ginseng yet, it has improved my health over all so I am grateful for it.

Chiropractor is also good. Like Acupuncture it is not a herbal alternative but it is still a good one.

A chiropractor can realign your skeletal system and make communication between nerves faster. This means that your communication between your brain and reproductive system also improves.

It is said that the spices like: garlic and onions can simply cure a minimal illness. And it informed further that it is also an aphrodisiac.

LOL... garlic and onion are yummy but gives you bad breath.

For me, diet, exercise and good timing is the best option other than artificial reproductive techniques.

We have tried Ginseng panax and Dong Quai and while it does give extra energy and stamina, we still have to get pregnant yet.

As I have known that the fruits and vegetables can make the reproductive organs clean-up that clogged of the passage of the sperm cells in order to unite the sperm and the egg.

In the kitchen there are things to be taken-up everyday that may help keeping fertility, like spices and also red wine.
