On the average, how long does it take to get pregnant with AI for a woman in her mid to late 30's? does anybody know?

5% to 20% success if getting pregnant on the average for most couples on each cycle. When fertility drugs are taken in conjunction with Artificial Insemination, the rate goes up closer to 20% for the woman.

i think the chances are quite good. So the earlier you start treatment the better your chances are.

The newer term for AI is Intra-Uterine Insemination, or IUI for short.

Poster above is right. The average success rate is 20% each month. It does not matter how many times you've had it before although many women say they had better chance after doing a back to back IUI. It is all about timing my dear. Factor in your age, which drops drastically when a woman is past 35. Average, I heard is 3 to 6 cycles.

Have you seen the graph? It forms an X. One line goes down repressnting a woman's chance of getting pregnant, the other line - representing the age - goes up. East to picture out.
