May I add that stress can also cause hormones to fluctuate? This is true not only in females but in males as well.

Infertility in both men and women are caused by a lot of factors. Usually it is age related as more men and women opt to become parents later in life. Then there's lifestyle and stress factors. The more stress, the less likely to become pregnant naturally.

Factors should be pinpointed so that fertility issues can be resolved right away. If it is an environmental factor like too much pollution affecting the body, then it is best to avoid that pollution and to get healthy. Perhaps clean air can solve the infertility issues.
