The B-complex family of vitamins- along with an extra amount of vitamin B6, as recommended by your doctor or health care professional-are important for a vital reproductive system. In addition, should you become pregnant, they will play an essential role in early foetal development.

I've been known that too, about VITEX, it is has been shown to enhance a woman's production of the hormone progesterone and to suppress the production of the hormone prolactin.

You dont need expensive supplements. Some very effective fertility aids can be found in your kitchen cabinets. Onion is said to have fertility powers which can normalize hormones. Garlic is also the same.

I guess you need to brush your teeth after eating these though. :D
