there is an intriguing observation that says stress can stop ovulation. It's been estimated that 5% of women have stopped ovulating due to stress at some point in their lives. do you believe?

ONe study stated that infertile women tend to have an unusually high amount of cortisol in their blood, which is the stress hormone which appears to be responsible for suppressing female ovulation. stress may have negative impact on female fertility. As much as possible avoid stress.

An irregular ovulation is a common result due to stress. Stress can lead to trouble with getting pregnant.
