perhaps you can try some yoga or acupuncture. these are natural means of relaxing and meditating. Not to mention that yoga is a form of exercise so perhaps blood flow can be directed to the uterus. |

yoga is the way to go, but you have to watch your breathing and make sure that you don't hurt yourself. the positions are pretty tricky especially if you aren't exactly flexible |
