I just read this and would like to share with you:

"Because endometriosis can cause scarring and adhesions this can unfortunately lead to difficulty conceiving and/or infertility. Women who have endometriosis are encouraged to have children early."

That's the problem there. Some women are focused on their career that they dont have kids early and only discover the problem when faced with infertility.

How can a woman knows that she has endometriosis? Is there a symptoms for this?

I agree with Chloe88. What if you are focused on your career to have kids rearly. Or what if you have not met your partner yet???

Then you just have to risk not having kids or having a hard time getting pregnant. It is not impossible but challenging!
