This is a procedure for treatment of men who have ejaculatory dysfunction.

For men who have an erectile dysfunction, as Halsey said, it is a procedure to retrieve sperms. A probe is inserted into the rectum adjacent to the prostate. Then a slight current is delivered by the probe stimulating the nerves and contraction of pelvic muscles which then results in an ejaculation.

This procedure doesn't make a male infertile.

This is used to get sperm from mammals.

They do this so that when the probe is inserted and current is delivered ejaculation occurs.

Kind of like automatic...without the guy having to wank off.
