I don't know how REs determine egg quality. But you can increase egg quality by taking fish oil supplements.

Bad egg quality can sometimes mean a miscarriage. If a sperm fertilizes a bad egg, you get pregnant but the body expells the embryo as it is defective.

as it is studied that the sperm releases an enzyme to break down the hyaluronic acid on the outer layer of the egg. If the egg is in good quality as it may said this sperm does its work to penetrate its head to the egg.If the egg is not good then the sperm may not be able to penetrate to this kind of egg, then there's no fertilization may occur.

What is good,it can have a good result. With the egg quality, it is something that you can assure for this is , you can have a good product, a healthy child who can be detected instantly.

a practical way of observing the egg quality is, in my own opinion, is the present health of the woman. Her menstrual cycle is normal and as we observe to her personality it is nice, no illness may figure out upon looking to her.But the most authorize person who can diagnose the whether the woman has an egg quality is the obstetrician because he/she studied these matter.
