Izobelle - May 18th, 2010 10:07 AM

Well, I know that chemical lubricants can decrease pain when having sexual contact..but decreasing fertility, I think i still have to research that one.

Yes, some chemical lubricants can be the reason in making the infertility problems to get worst.

johannah - May 18th, 2010 10:16 AM

Some chemical lubricants contain spermicides, which actually decrease infertility.

I'm not using any kinds of chemical lubricants because I'm afraid the harmful effects it can give to my body especially with my chances in getting pregnant.

Sorry, but using any kinds of chemical lubricants is such a no no for me. it can kill lot of sperms and definitely decrease fertility.

marc_west - May 20th, 2010 5:21 PM

some chemical lubricants have ingredients that increase the vagina's PH levels and cause lots of sperm to die before reaching the egg. So its best to use natural lubricants instead.

Like marc said, some chemicals actually form a barrier making it hard for the sperm to pass through. So you should be careful about which lubricants to use during sex in order to make sure that you dont hamper conception.

whatever happened to egg white? try egg white. it is rich in protein which sperm love. this is like a 100% natural lube.
