i'm a first timer preggy.. i heard a lot of stories from old times and now that at almost 9months it's better to have a little walking exercise and breath. They said this can help you in delivery. Is this true?

did you not enroll in Lamaze? This is a very good technique you want to use when giving birth. You should look it up.

yes walking and exercise helps a lot it would make your delivery more easier

well... don't think so, coz i tried this when i was pregnant and you know it was my first time that's why i tried this technique. But i still have a little difficulty still. I think, it really depends on your health.

Yes. It's true. Walking is best form of exercise during pregnancy. Just
avoid walking too fast if there is a chance of overheating.

My sister is 3 months pregnant. Her doctor advised her to have a breathing exercise. It's a great help with relaxation and with focus during pregnancy and of course when giving birth.
