what is the cause of blocked fallopian tubes and how successful is the operation to unblock them?

the most common cause is pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) which is an STD. if you also have a history of chlamydia and gonorhea then this increases chance. Also endometriosis and fallopian tube surgery can cause blockages.

STD always was bad news. I dont have the exact stats but I hear that most cases are successful. On getting pregnant there are other factors to consider like age, stress levels, environmental factors and the like.

A sperm cell penetrates into the egg envelope, then fertilization occurs in the fallopian tube. The sperm releases an enzyme called hyaluronidase,If the fallopian tubes is blocked, then a remedy may be taken so to make it functionable. But there are also failures of this matter.

"Also endometriosis and fallopian tube surgery can cause blockages."

How can a surgery to unblock fallopian tubes block them? Isnt that counter productive?

it may be the cause of it is a hereditary defective or a sort of illness that may result it in these kind of deficiency in the fallopian tubes. It is a good move if you seek a doctor's advice about this matter.
